Sambaa Deh Falls on the Trout River is a very powerful place. There was a thunderstorm approaching when we walked from our campsite to shoot this image in the evening. The thunderous sound of the water moving through this gorge was all we could hear. I could see lighting but could not hear the thunder until we got back to our campsite.

Sambaa Deh is the Slavey name for the Trout River.
