Presqu'ile Provincial Park

In any season we might stop into Presqu'ile Provincial Park looking for photo subjects. Certainly this park on the shores of Lake Ontario is a popular birding spot during spring and fall migrations. But the quiet of winter seems to be when we find the most interesting things to photograph - from birds to landscapes. There is just something magical about seeing large snowflakes falling onto a bird on its snowy perch or seeing the sun rising over the ice at dawn. Even the wind and waves are creating sculptures on this Great Lake's shore in winter.
