Well, sometimes on the road I hit a wall. I just want to read, lay on a beach, navel gaze or just tune out. We were doing our laundry in Rocky Harbour, Newfoundland and I was… um… grumpy! Yes, I know you thought it never happens but those who know me best see it all too often. I was reading a book and Lori saw this scene of white sheets on a clothesline. She came in and interrupted my blissful escape. I didn't budge. Just kept reading. "RON", she said with a bit more urgency, "you really need to shoot this!"

"All right", I sighed and went out with a wide-angle lens. Hmm, must learn to listen to her more often. (Don't tell her I said that…)
